All coaches are appropriately skilled, qualified and insured to undertake their role.

Health and Safety of all participants is important.
We adopt The Kings School First Aid Policy.
The designated Covid-19 Officer is the lead coach and follows the latest guidelines
as set out by Badminton England
COMPLAINT HANDLING POLICY

If you wish to voice a concern or lodge a complaint, if you are unsure or unhappy about anything, then please share your concern with the Lead Coach
OR please contact KBL's Child Welfare Officer - Jo Newson or Kent's County Badminton Welfare Officer - Philip Chipperfield.
Alternatively you can email the Badminton England safeguarding team at safeguarding@badmintonengland.co.uk. Remember, it is not your responsibility to decide if a situation is poor practice, abuse or bullying but it is your responsibility to report your concerns to the appropriate Welfare Officer.
